Rescued from Child Labor: Rahul’s Journey Back to School Rahul, a 12-year-old boy from a low-income neighborhood in Mumbai, was forced to work in a small factory to support his family. He spent long hours in hazardous conditions, missing out on his education and childhood. The Child Health Foundation’s rescue team, in collaboration with local authorities, intervened after receiving a tip-off from community members. Rahul was rescued from the factory and brought to one of our rehabilitation centers, where he received medical care and psychological counseling. ...
